1. Accepting these terms

By opening this website, browsing its pages or downloading any file from it, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site and do not download anything.

These terms apply to every visitor, on every page, whether or not you contact us or download a file.

2. What this website is

Honista is an independent, community-maintained project. This site exists to host installation files and to explain what the app does. It is provided free of charge.

There is no account system, no subscription and nothing for sale. Anyone asking you to pay for access to these files, or to complete a survey or enter personal details in exchange for a download, is not us.

3. No affiliation with Instagram or Meta

This website and the software it hosts are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.

"Instagram", "Meta" and all related names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the software does. No claim of ownership over them is made or implied.

4. Using the downloads

Files on this site are offered for personal, non-commercial use only. When you download one, you agree that:

• You are installing it on your own device, by your own choice
• You will not sell, rent or bundle the file with anything else
• You will not re-upload it and present it as your own work
• You will not modify the file and redistribute it under this project's name
• You will not use it for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, impersonate or spy on another person

Using a modified client may violate the terms of service of the original platform, and could result in restrictions on your account there. We have no control over that and cannot help if it happens.

5. Your responsibilities

Before you install anything, it is on you to:

• Check the laws that apply where you live
• Scan the file with security software you trust
• Read the permissions your device shows during installation
• Back up anything on your phone that you cannot afford to lose
• Keep your own account credentials private — we never ask for them, and neither should anyone else

6. No warranty

Everything on this site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no promise that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with your device, or fit for any particular purpose.

Information on these pages, including version numbers, file sizes and feature descriptions, may become out of date. We correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or the files hosted here. That includes, without limitation:

• Data loss, device damage or software malfunction
• Restriction, suspension or loss of any third-party account
• Loss of profits, business, goodwill or opportunity
• Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind

You use this site and its files at your own risk. If you are not comfortable with that, please use the official application instead.

8. Intellectual property

The design of this website, its written content and its original graphics belong to this project. You may link to our pages freely, but please do not copy substantial parts of the text or layout and publish them elsewhere as your own.

All third-party trademarks, product names and logos referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Copyright and removal requests

We respect the rights of copyright holders. If you believe that content hosted here infringes your rights, write to us with:

• The exact URL of the page or file in question
• A description of the work you say is being infringed
• Evidence that you own the rights, or are authorised to act for the owner
• Your contact details

Valid requests are handled ahead of everything else in our inbox, and content is removed while a claim is being reviewed. Send these to khnaprinoy@gmail.com.

10. Using the contact form

The contact form is for questions, bug reports and removal requests. Please do not use it to send spam, advertising, abusive messages, malicious links or anything unlawful. We may ignore and delete such messages, and block the sender.

Never send passwords, verification codes, ID documents or payment details through the form. We will never ask for them, and there is no situation in which we need them.

11. Age requirement

This website is intended for people aged 13 and over, in line with the minimum age of the platform the software relates to. If you are under that age, please do not download anything here or send us a message.

12. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the site online, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Pages, download links and versions may be added, changed or removed at any time, without prior notice.

We may also stop offering a particular build if it turns out to be unstable or unsafe, and older versions may be withdrawn at our discretion.

13. Links to other websites

Some pages may link to sites we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, safety or practices of any external site, and once you leave here, their terms apply instead of ours.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. When that happens, the revised version appears on this page and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms, so it is worth checking this page occasionally.
